If you haven’t had the opportunity to come to Homer Alaska, we are located at the “end of the road”, spilling out into Kachemak Bay and Cook Inlet, 220 miles south of Anchorage. Our home is often referred to as the crown jewel of the state, and its beauty is defined by the land and seascape of the area. From hiking to kayaking to bear viewing to birding you can find plenty “to do”.

A Best Bitter with citrus-like flavors from Centennial & Cascade Hops. This light, session, traditional ale is our signature flavor. Homer in a glass!

Oatmeal Stout
This full-bodied stout uses Scottish yeast and 12% oatmeal, giving it a smooth & rich flavor.
Red Knot Scottish
Brewed with flavorful Scottish yeast to create a mild, amber colored, and “user friendly” beer.

Zen & Alaska Chai
Did you know we also brew the only authentic Indian masala spiced chai (tea) produced in Alaska? Try our Zen or Alaska Chai, the latte alternative. Zen Chai is a spicier, more authentic version, sweetened with cane sugar. Alaska Chai, is less spicy and sweetened with cane sugar and honey with a hint of vanilla. Both are served in a variety of ways, hot or cold. Served by coffee shops around the state, or grab a jug of the concentrate here at the brewery. If you are in the Anchorage area, concentrate can be bought at Linford of Alaska.
If you still need a reason to visit Homer, then beer could be what brings you. Open since September 21,1996, Homer Brewing Company has been welcoming both locals and visitors to the brewery most every day, year-round to our tap room or outdoor seating area.
